"Faith eShop" uses reliable and efficient shipping methods to ensure the safe delivery of your products. On this page, you will find an overview of all available shipping and order collection options.

1. Direct Bank Transfer (NPSB):
ব্যাংকে পেমেন্ট ট্রান্সফার/পরিশোধের সময় পণ্যের মোট টাকার সাথে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ফি প্রদান করুন। পাশাপাশি রেফারেন্স হিসেবে "অর্ডার নম্বরও" প্রদান করুন। অন্যথায় অর্ডার গ্রহণ করা হবেনা।
▪️Please include the delivery fee along with the total product amount when making your bank payment or transfer.
▪️Additionally, you must provide your "Order Number" as the payment reference.
▪️Orders without the required delivery fee payment will not be accepted.

2. Cash On Delivery (COD):
আপনার অর্ডার গ্রহণের পর মোট পণ্যের টাকার সাথে "কুরিয়ার ফিও" প্রদান করুন।
Please pay the "Courier fee" along with the total product amount upon receiving your order.

প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন পলিসি (রিটার্ন ও COD নীতি):
আপনার পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য শিপিং খরচ আপনাকেই বহন করতে হবে। শিপিং খরচ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

▪️COD এর ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহক কোন পণ্য ফেরত দিলে অবশ্যই Delivery চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।

▪️যদি পণ্যটি 'Free Shipping' এর আওতাভূক্ত হয় সে ক্ষেত্রেও Delivery চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।

▪️পাশাপাশি Return এর ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য ভালোভাবে চেক করে ফেরত দিতে হবে। যদি কোন পণ্য নষ্ট বা ড্যামেজ হয় তাহলে সে পণ্যের টাাকা এবং Delivery চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে। 

▪️আপনার অর্ডার যদি "Free Shipping" এর আওতাভূক্ত হয় এবং আপনি ভুলবশতঃ "If your order qualifies for free shipping, please click her" এটি সিলেক্ট না করে "Local pickup (In Dhaka City)", "Local pickup (Outside Dhaka City)", Local pickup (Outside Dhaka District)" এর কোন একটি অপশন সিলেক্ট করেন সেক্ষেত্রে আপনার নিকট হতে Delivery চার্জ নেওয়া হবেনা। 

Cancellation (Return & COD Policy):
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

▪️For "Cash on Delivery (COD)" orders, if a customer returns a product, the "delivery charge must be paid".

▪️Even if the product was purchased under a "Free Shipping" offer, the "delivery charge will still apply" in the event of a return.

▪️Returned products must be sent back in their "original condition" after proper inspection. If any returned item is found to be "damaged, used, or missing parts", the customer will be responsible for paying the "full product price" as well as the "delivery charge".

▪️If your order qualifies for "Free Shipping" but you accidentally select "Local Pickup (In Dhaka City)," "Local Pickup (Outside Dhaka City)," or "Local Pickup (Outside Dhaka District)" instead of "If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, please click here," you will still receive Free Shipping, and no delivery charge will be applied.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
